Chain tool help - April 1, 2009, 02:45 PM

Would anyone in Fairfax area happen to have a chain tool? I have a new 520 chain to install and I do not have a tool to do so. I am in Fairfax next door to Fairfax corner and can pay in beer for a little help on Saturday. I don't think it would take long I all ready have the old one taken off.

Wow I love the offer but bike is not able to be moved. This would mean I would have to ask you to drive to fairfax from woodbride and that is asking allot. If you can I am at your service on days.

Stop being a cheap bastard and buy the $100 tool you'll only need once in a great while. I'm being facetious, of course. I broke down and did exactly that, and had to order it online because not a single local dealer had one.

Good luck.

I was gonna recommend you kev, but I didn't want to put your name out there without your approval hahaha....you can use that tool you devised with Noah for his chain and that your brother so proudly used on his 520 conversion
