are you waiting for someone to give you a magical cheat code to fix ur bike? it's not a nintendo. Try ALL of the solutions that people have been offering on this website. If they all fail, take it to a shop. It's not going to fix itself.

Some bikes rely on the clutch sensor being set off a certain amount of time before the bike can get full RPMs. At least this was mentioned to me when I was considering taking off the clutch sensor. I was told I'd loose around 500 rpms if I removed that sensor.

This is a good point it could be my rely to because I crash and the bike went down on the left side so it's has to e my ecu or the rely

Why do people always assume that there control module is the culprit? You crashed the bike and now it won't red line? How about checking the air filter for oil contamination? When the bike laid on it's side some oil could've found its way up the crank case breather and onto the air filter causing an air flow restriction and cause the bike to starve for air at high rpm's. The reason it gets a little better in higher gears is due to the ram air affect helping the air through the restricted air filter. I have seen this many times and have even seen an over oiled K&N cause the same issue. I am not saying this is for sure your issue but it makes way more since then the ECU.
