Exhaust mount clamp help needed - September 10, 2008, 06:46 PM

So I got my new slipon (GYTR) for my 04 R6 and when I look in the box for everything, I got a note from the ebay store I had bought the slipon from telling me that they were all out of the mounting clamp, but they should receive a new shipment in two weeks and will mail me one soon as they can thereafter.

However me not wanting to wait a month, am trying to see if where I would be able to find a mounting clamp locally. I called up Coleman's but they told me the only way they can get one is when they order an exhaust, which doesn't help me.

I am just trying to see if anyone know of any other places that might sell them.

thanks in advance.

When I have questions or need something I usually contact Johnny (JohnnySpeed954), he works for Devil Dawg Performance, he knows his stuff, and will usually find you the product, whether or not he has it, I'm sure he can stear you in the right direction, good luck

I'm pretty sure you can find something at an autoparts store that will work. Look for a wide hose clamp. You might have to use two narrow ones. Get the kind that tighten with a screw/bolt head.
