gearing advice

so i went with a 520 conversion for my 07 gsxr 600 track bike but instead of going with the traditional -1/+2 i went with +5 in the rear...
according to the charts the gearing change accomplished the same goal but i wanted some feedback to see if anyone has tried this setup...
I know the positives are that it opens up the chain and reduces friction but im worried about the front wheel staying on the ground when cracking throttle wide open...
what do you guys think?

It wont be too crazy on a 600. I had my k7 1k geared -1 +2 and it was still very predictable. You will deff be able to loft the front wheel under hard acceleration but its nothing a little throttle control couldnt prevent.

Shorter wheelbase too, possibly resulting in a not so ideal swingarm angle.

If its like -1/+2 then you'll be fine but no sure if there are any other implications due to the angle of the chain.
