I think you mean a thumb-brake kit? They were popular when introduced on moto-gp by Doohan. (He had a major injury that limited his range of motion in right foot.)

Unless you already know how to back it into a turn...save yer dollars.

Also check out motard fourms and websites. They have rear brake setups on the clutch side asto help back it in when using a slipper clutch.
