Handlebar Help - April 14, 2009, 09:53 AM

Can someone tell me how to get numbers 12,8,10,&11 into the handlebar from. I have the parts but need to know if they just slide in or if there is a special way they have to go in.

So do I have to take the handle bar off again? Because I replaced the handlebar but did not have the weight and rubber things for inside. I tried to get the inner parts out of my old one just to see how they go together but I had no luck with that.
