help installing LP frame sliders on 2006 R6 - July 6, 2007, 11:18 AM

The instructions are really vague. I do not have the service manual. Would anyone be able to tell me what the manufacturers recommended torque is for the upper engine mount bolts on the 2006 Yamaha R6? Any tips for the make\model of my bike?

thanks

I dont know about torque but make sure you but the right one on the right side, sometimes, the bolts are different lengths

use the Yamaha specs for engine mount bolts. On the 03 for example use a torque wrench to 45 NM. You should be good with that, some people only torque to 30...

google 06 r6 engine bolt torque...or just read Blue-r's link to the service manual
