Why do some people go to the short levers vs. the stock length ones? Just a random question, and I searched back 2 years and found nothing..

Some people like to use 2 fingers (shorty) or all 4 fingers(stock). I personally would like a regular length clutch and a shorty brake lever. Also the shortys wont hit in a crash.

I am ready to meet my maker but is my maker ready for the ordeal of meeting me...

For me primarily so they won't break or less chance of them breaking off in a crash. Secondly, not quite race brake set-up but I like 1 finger braking and the adjustability.
