lights/hid question - March 21, 2013, 03:44 PM

I just bought an 02 cbr f4i for a friend.....it has an HID conversion done to it, but it was wired up to where both lamps work when the switch is in the highbeam position.......so when the low beam is selected, there are no lights at all.....what are my options to get a low beam so the bike can pass VA inspection?
thanks in advance
james
