Looking for a reputable local Va shop - August 28, 2012, 04:34 PM

This will be the first time i have had anyone else work on my bike. I don't have the time right now to figure out what the heck is the problem and really don't want the bike to be out of commission that long either. Any recommendations besides Coleman's?

I've tried most shops in Nova and haven't found anything to complain about yet...

i work on my bike all the time but this issue i think is gonna take some time to troubleshoot. There is a new loud sound coming from or near my exhaust manifold. At first i figured something may have broke loose and i just would need to take the exhaust apart and get it out, at worst case replace from the engine back to midpipe. Now though the power is feeling all wrong after about 7k the bike just seems to level out in power, which is right where it should start getting crazy power. if this is really coming from the lower engine i have no idea where to start. ARGH!

Exhaust valve.

Constantine at Vondari Moto or Mike at RnR Cycles. Not Coleman's.

If you want to loose faith in VA shops take it to Colemans. If you want to do it right, take it to RnR.

If you can get there try Dave at Village Motorsports but it's in Unionville west of Fredricksburg.

RNR is the best shop I have found in the area. You can't go wrong with them.
