PCII questions - April 4, 2008, 05:00 PM

Can I take a PCII that was on a 2000 RC-51 and slap it on a 2001 CBR 929, or is that not going to work due to the fact ones a V-twin, and the other is a inline 4?

Not gonna work.

What you need to find that works best for the 929 is a PCIII/r. I'd sell you the one I had but that got scooped up a while ago.

PCIII's are a USB connection where as the PCIII/r is still the old style data cable plug in. Still achives the same thing and we can tune them both.

You need to contact the seller and find out what the model number is and then check that number on power commanders website to make sure it will work with your year 929.
