Pre-Drilled bolts for safty wire - January 29, 2011, 06:11 AM

Is their any websites that sell pre drilled black bolts for a 99 honda cbr f4?

If not What Size bits would you suggest ?

Just to make sure the best way to do this is a drill press and a clamp correct?

As for oil filter safety wire I have a K&N oil filter thats already done.

Ed Bargy used to sell them on his school site.

I've always used a bit just big enough for the wire to pass through. No real rocket science to it. I suggest you pull them off the bike and drill them in a vice if you can't get a good angle on them. Saves you frustration and broken bits.

Drill press is by far the easiest way I've found.

I might have a dirt bike problem.
