Ok so I did read the sticky...

I KNOW my bike is set up suspension wise wayyy to hard... I cant set my suspension up myself because well simply im retarded when it comes to that...

So where is their a place I can have them set it up for me? Or anyone willing to help/teach me? Id compensate for your time..

Many shop sponsors on here who can set it up for you.
If the stock suspension is that hard I wonder how much you weight?
You may need to get different springs front and rear before any real adjusting can be done.
Look at racetechs website. The site will show you based on your weight what springs are stock and what it recommends for your weight. If it is much off from what is stock you may want to start here.
Then get someone to install them and fine tune.
The rear shock spring is usually so that it will accommodate 2up so again if you are light this may need to be changed.

Give a shop a call after looking at the site and see what they suggest on your weight. Lots of shops around here have people who race also so they will be able to give you real world advice!
