Throttle lags at 9-10k RPMs then shoots up - May 12, 2012, 01:49 PM

So, when I open the throttle to take off, it lags at about 9-10k rpms then shoots up to 12-13k.

Anyone got an idea what the problem may be? Just noticed it recently.

Yamaha was suppose to fix the throttle glitch lag for the 08+ bikes. Check your warranty cause I heard its expensive to fix the ecu.
