Tick from the left side - September 17, 2009, 11:22 AM

Hey guys sorry to make so many threads.

Omw to school today I come to a stop light and hear this ticking noise coming from the left side of my motor. It's really bothering me don't want my dd quiting on me. I'm growing on her.

10.7k miles 03 CBR600rr.

I know the right side is the cam chain tensior I already have that ordered and plan to have someone put it in when it gets here.

Thanks for any advice I know it's hard to tell without hearing it. From the last 1400 miles i've put on it I don't think I've ever heard it before.

If it's not the cam chain tensioner, could be due to worn valve guides. Then again, I can't even change the oil on my bike without help, what do i know?
