Turn Signal Issue - June 30, 2011, 03:35 PM

When I turn my left turn signal on the indicator does not come on, but when I turn the right turn signal on the indicator flashes, but the signal does not come on. I have not checked the turn signal bulb yet, but even if its out, how come the indicator does not flash when the left turn signal is on?

I have nothing to contribute other than to tell you that turn signals are for the birds

And to bump it up

Is it one dash indicator for both signals?

hmm, all I can think of is to try changing the bulbs and inspecting the wiring, but since the indicator only comes on during the right blinker (but you get no blinker light), the turn signal relay might be shot... I'd probably troubleshoot those problems in that order: bulbs, wiring, relay. GL
