Weak spark on my ATV - July 2, 2007, 02:10 PM

I have a hoopty Kawasaki Bayou 220 ATV that i play with out on the farm. It stopped starting the other day. I checked it out and it has a really weak spark at the plug. I replaced the plug and its still really weak. Almost invisible to the eye. So what does that mean? Bad brushes on the stator? I haven't taken it apart yet. Or maybe a bad ground? What ya think?

Check the OHM on the coil and the plug wire. Also make sure your battery is good.
