What tires is everyone using for this years track season. Looking for tires that will be good track day/sprint race tires.

Also post up the best prices you are getting for them.

Just ordered some Pirellis, can't remember the name, but supposedly suppose to handle more heat cycles than race tires.

Edit - Supercorsa Pros

Found a deal online for Dunlop Q2's for $200 shipped. Been reading up on them and they sound like a decent track day tire.

I run in B group with them and am satisfied for now. Maybe I'll move on to something better as my abilities warrant but sticking with them for now. I just ordered a set for $206 shipped from Motorcycle Superstore (coupon code M159-DUNLOP).

I wonder why. I loved the ones. I think they are a lot more aggressive. However if you want decent mileage out of them, not really gonna happen. I would have gotten another set if the price wasn't so steep.

Power One's are a great tire no doubt. I ran them last year because the contingency was so good, but they never let me down, just have to get them and keep them hot. I want to try the R10's when I use up the P1's I have left over from last season, have heard some good talk about them so far.

Only brand of the big four I haven't tried are the Dunlops. I kind of have been avoiding them because they are so damn expensive. I don't want to fall in love with them...
