Just looking. Any reviews or thoughts on these?

* What is Astrotech armor. Why do they consider the aero hump CE back protection.

I've dealt w/ Brian and STG on many occassions, I buy almost all my gear from them, if they back it, they've tried it and it's a good product. You can find Brian riding at a lot of Sportbiketracktime trackdays and you won't find either Brian or his staff riding/racing in anything but what they sell. I almost bought that suit, saw it up close last year at a summit TD and it looked excellent. I just went w/ the motogp 'roo suit because of it's light weight.

Confusing the issue, since before you were ugly.

Hein Gericke - Yes I have herd of them, quality product.

The hump is CE back protection because it uses energy absorbing foam.

Astrotech is their self named brand of energy absorbing foam, most any suit will have some form of this in the high impact areas.

Hein Gericke is a well-known German manufacturer of quality touring accessories, they also manufacture a less expensive line of more sport-oriented motorcycle wear called "First Gear." I wasn't aware that they were manufacturing racing leathers as well, but I woudldn't doubt that it would be quality gear...and probably expensive too.
