Different type of mirrors? - February 23, 2009, 08:51 AM

Has anyone heard of Rizoma mirrors? They are EXPENSIVE! I have to replace one of mine and I was looking for something different. SO, I stumbled upon Rizoma...

Also looking at the Targa..

Got any pics? They say their glass is a hell of a lot better than stock. But how good do you you really need glass to be for looking behind you? Would you buy them again or put the money into something else?

I was just thinking about making the bike look a little different!

I don't have any pictures on hand, but I can get a couple. The glass has a blue tint to it, and they're bar end mirrors. Would I buy them again? Probably, unless there was something else I was jonesing for.

This page has a good pic of the mirror. But I rotated them outwards, which seems to provide a better view passed the elbows. http://www.twinshack.co.uk/prods/368.html

And about a week after I put the mirrors on last year, I tucked the front end and went down on the left side, rashing up the back side of the mirror. Pissed me off at the time, but you can't really notice it due to the angle of the mount.

Rizoma makes high quality stuff. I've never owned any thing from them, due to the cost, but I've seen some stuff in person and it's top-notch.
