Lizzy Does Great Work - June 24, 2010, 05:09 PM

Just got back my second suit that I needed her to alter. Both suits were custom from AGV. One had huge knees which resulted in leather getting dragged unless I taped around them. The other suit was sized more appropriately for Pedrosa. I wasn't sure how possible it was to make it big enough to fit me. Legs were skins tight, chest not big enough, arms too short. I couldn't even fit in a back protector.

But Lizzy did it, it fits perfectly now. AND by looking at you can't even tell that anything was done to it. Awesome work!

Ive known her for quite a while and shes always been real competitive. Plus, her work is top notch and not half assed like a lot of places do...

But, you get what you pay for. Plus, she goes to trackdays/races and she will arrange pickup/dropoff when possible. She will go out of your way to help ya out!

yeh, I heard all that hence i mailed it to her immediately after my wreck. I just dont see where my money went in what i got back. I paid for the cleaning for instance and I was picking asphalt out the seams and ended up using a brush and cleaning solvent on the suit to get some of the grass stains and stuff off. My fiance asked if I had paid her for the cleaning service, just didnt look like it was done. Like I said though, the stitching was great and the suit shouldnt have an issue passing tech. I've never used anyone else so i guess we'll see in the future.

def not trying to bash her work, just offering my experience. Ya'll can see the suit at Marrc next week.
