Anyone, anyone.....Gerbing, Gerbing?

Any local bike shop would do.

Not being a member of the iron butt club, I don't consider Jessup MD local to Ashburn.

This guy IS the local manufacturer's rep that distributes to Bob's and at various motorcycle events. You might contact him to see if he'll be anywhere local anytime soon. Alternately, Bob's BMW is really not that far. I can get there in 45 minutes from Tysons Corner, add another 20 to 30 minutes from Ashburn depending if you're taking the Toll Rd or not.

Go to Bob's and have them measure your torso, arms and neck. A Gerbing must be fitted properly to be effective. On a jacket, if the neck is too loose or arms too short -- you won't be getting enough heat. They had to order one for me with longer arms -- they shipped it to me so I didn't have to return to the store.

Also, make certain the alternator on your bike can handle the electrical draw.

I have the temp-trollers and use them in spring and fall. For winter I leave it at home -- and the clothing gets a bit hotter.

Getting to Bob's is an easy ride at anytime other than rush-hour. Watch yourself on Guilford Road -- been a few wrecks this year due to trucks not seeing bikes.

Fairfax isn't exactly Cashburn, but Patriot sell Gerbings with the Harley logo on them.

Tour Master has a new line of lectrics that you may want to look at.

That's almost funny. I'd live in Ashburn... if it was 10 miles closer.

I sold my Aerostich stuff and I'm heading to Bob's in a few weeks. Gonna get measured up and treat myself to some elec gloves and jacket.
