I've never seen that before, but if it is printed on NewEnough's website it's as good as gold in my opinion. I've only seen one other online store rival their customer service, but that store only sells rock climbing stuff.

Side bar: Apparently some NewEnough customers have a lil' captain in them...

I don't know about credits but I have bought several things from them and they were great. Give them a call and ask them how it will work.
