Just got my Puma 1000 v3 boots in the mail. Gorgeous construction; I can't wait to break them in. An amazing birthday gift from my lovely lady!

Isn't the MOON BOOT feel of them what protects you????

They prevent you from rolling your ankle from side to side...according to SBTG better than most boots on the market AND provide a stable heel cup...

????

I wonder why Nike hasn't jumped in this market yet? I don't think they own any of the brands.

outside of Jordan (which really isn't nike...) do they have any influence in racing?

Puma is a staple in motorsports.

That's never stopped Nike before. Believe me, they'll toss 2x the amount of endorsement money at some top riders to get them to wear their gear.
Or just sponsor an entire team.
