anyone ever seen one of these ROOF helmets in person, I didn't like it at first, but it's grown on me, especially the Boxer model, which reminds me of a flight helmet and oxygen mask, i want to see one of these in person!

That looks more like a race car helmet to me but it does look good.

Craig,

I bought my Roof from Trictape. Rob shaved a little on the price and cut the shipping way down since we are close by. I ordered my helmet Friday and had it Tues afternoon!

The Boxer is very similar in set up to teh diversion. The diffrence being about a pound and a half.

First off, Roof helmets rival Arai in compactness and gereral fit. They are VERY tight at first but break in quickly.
The quality is as good as any helmet I have ever owned. Possibly a bit better. (I've had a Shoei RF200, RF700, Arai quantum and signet E, and a Nolan Xlite)
Best part about the Roof, the visor is crystal clear. It does not fog up at all. Even in the teens it's fog free. I have tried to fog it up. No dice
The only down side to the Roof is that the buckle is hard to do and undo if you are wearing any kind of glove. Sometimes the release mechanism is hard to find with no gloves on. I am sure I'll get the knack of it before long.

I have ridden about 300 miles in mine so far and I really like it. It's not a cheap helmet, but then again, it's the only head you'll ever have.

If you drink and ride, I have no pity for you. At all, ever.
