Regis Laconi replica.

Thoughts about this helmet... ECE-2205 (I think it was)certified

Quieter than the Suomy Spec-1r, Arai Astral and, Arai rx7 Corsair.

Vents very well when at highway speeds and beyond!

The shield is 2mm thick, as thick as Puig Dbs!

The liner is very comfy and fits my round/square head nicely

It came with the chin curtain already fitted and has an optional breathe mask for those cold days that conforms to your nose and face to keep from fogging.

Neat enough, when at speed and I look to either side it doesn't feel like the wind is ripping my head off It's not suceptible to crosswinds like the rf1000 or say the Scorpion exo700!

The chin bar is large which deflects practically ALL the turbulent air from your chin/upper torso area.

Unique push button shield release, very quick! Also has a small arms that locks the shield in place keeping it intact/positioned in case of a spill.

It's lighter than the Arai rx7 and it's shape is definitely different! It says it weighs 1400g but it's lighter!

Only thing though that some people might not like is that it is tight fitting much like the Suomy and AGV helmets. It also hugs your face closer than Suomy and Arai... You might get that clausterphobic feeling...

This has now become my favorite out of all the lids I've owned... IMHO, it is that GOOD.

I rank this lid above my Arai and Suomy... The pics on the website http://www.shark-usa.com/ and others like kneedraggers DOES NOT DO JUSTICE at how well it really looks!

If you can find the one you like, the replicas are around $700.00 and the shields about $70.00 retail...

www.helmetharbor.com have the cheapest online shipped price

www.kneedraggers.com also sell for slightly more...

Shark is new in the USA market and so availability is not there yet. Customer service is AWESOME!
