Sidi - new boots, warranty? - August 2, 2007, 06:43 PM

My brand new Sidi Vertigo Corsa Air boots are coming apart - the sole is coming off one of them. Anyone know is they have a warranty? if so, how do you contact them? i've emailed with no response and the booklets that come with the boots didnt have any 'support' type information.

thoughts?

I'm pretty sure the guarantee is lifetime. I'm assuming you
bought them brand new not at newenough or 2nd hand because
they're usually not transferable. I'd go back to where you bought
them and if they're a Sidi dealer should be able to hook you up with
the warranty dept. Call Pat at Colemans Falls Church, he's in accessories
and knowledgable about all of their products. They are a Sidi dealer.
Hope that helps.

Yes I know, I just asked on the outside chance they were slightly used
because warranties usually aren't transferable.

Yup, got the answer from Manny at colemans.. he said the box has the warranty info on it. problem is, i wore them out of the store the day i got em and left the box with them. DOH!

He's gonna either find my box or hook me up either way... which is why I try to buy my gear from them - always takin care of the customers
