Hey, I am thinking about getting a tinted visor for either my Arai or my Suomi...Anyone seen or uses one of these? I wanted on that gets darker during the day and lightens up at night..

i have one on my shoei rf 900. it's impossible to fog up your shield. i rode a few times to work in the late fall to break in my new Alpinestars jacket and when it was in the 40's and i couldnt make it fog up. it gets pretty dark too in direct sunlight and changes from light green to a dark blue/green color in just seconds. i rode with it at night and its really easy to see thru. the only thing i dont like about it, is the adhesive strip is black and that takes up a very small space across your visor depending on how you place it. i think i might switch back to a clear or smoked shield for next season.

Is the lense that changes the High Definition Amber lense? For those of you that have one of these do you find that the 2/3 tint bothers you. Do you ever feel like your vision is split between the tint and untinted area?

Not that bad when High beams are on but the sides of the road is at 10% visability maybe. I know visability is low at night for bikers and that shield doesn't help that much. It takes a bit to get use to.
