Any local shops carry it? I'd be interested in checking out some of their jackets and gloves.

sweet... thanks guys. I'll check their stuff out at champion! I think I want to get a jacket with a collarless neck and their stuff looks pretty cool.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything about the quality of Icon gear. All I can tell so far is that its very bling.

anyone?

I've tried on a lot of their gear except helmets. I think some of their stuff looks cool and it seems to be of good quality. They have a nice fit and finish. The armor seemed to be lacking, especially in their jackets, imo. The foam feels pretty soft. This does contribute to the more casual feel. My wife has a pair of mesh gloves that she really likes but for her its more of a comfort thing. With me I just thought the protection was suspect although I haven't heard anything one way or another from anyone who's actually went down wearing anything made by them.

I've seen a couple of people at TWT's that have worn icon jackets.

I gots the camy riding pants/jeans. They seem okay and I bought the bling bling mesh jacket, but it was too big so I swapped it with Winrz. The padding does seem minimal, but it is a cool looking jacket.

Loudoun has a decent selection a bit more than what Champions has. Ask for Jess, she is pretty cool.

Coleman's in Woodbridge carries Icon... I just bought my summer weight gloves. Icon makes okay stuff, but I'm not expecting my gloves to last very long.

I almost forgot the quote of the day, maybe even week.

A guy at came into Champions asking for a good "summer". The guy behind the counter pounted to their selection and said "there are some decent ones there". The guy responded that it "has to be sleeveless".

The collective sigh was kinda funny....

Coleman in Falls Church has Icon jackets there too. I was just there yesterday.
Check out Moto GP there too.
