I ordered a jacket and pants. Pretty good service overall. They called when they didn't have the thing I ordered to see how I wanted to handle it.

If you need to return something they will screw you on return/restocking charges, tho.

Kneedraggers is only about two hours away in Dover, Del. I went there a few weeks back when a business trip had me only two exits down from them. They are a nice bunch of guys but they have minimal inventory on hand. It is a small office building with a few floor displays and about 5 desks in the back with a computer and phone on each. Catalogs litered the floor by each desk.
Good prices though so I bought my Harris rearsets and Vortex sliders from them. Luckily, THEY are the ones that had 520 sprockets for my RC in stock so I also picked those up.
I'm not surprised they gouge you on return products since they really don't stock anything. I guess they have to keep it on the floor (literally in some cases!) or pay a return fee themselves.
I'll buy from them again when
the need arises.

they are good. I have ordered from them many times.

Like Bammer said - returning stuff is expensive; but most mail order are like that.
The only one that did not charge me was MAW when I went thru like 3 returns getting my girlfriend gear that fit. I was pleasantly surprised.

EDIT -
that was motorcycle-usa not MAW that did not charge restocking. my bad

Ive ordered a few things from them, tires once or twice and then recently some SS brake lines. They had them in stock so I got them the next day. They seem like they are above average as long as you dont ship something back from what I have heard. Plus they seem to carry the brands of stuff I like to get so I could see giving them business in the future.

I always talk to them on the phone ( like I do ordering any motorcycle stuff on the internet) so I know when I can expect it and stuff like that.
