Amer's Wreck Today - October 8, 2007, 09:07 PM

He's fine.

Last session of the day at Summit Main. We were havin fun mixin it up.

Came around T2 and got on the gas too early, I think.

I had a camera rolling forward and one pointing backward. There's a mix of both angles in this video.

... and Amer ... I didn't run over you. LOL.

I had an absolute blast today!

I'm flying out of town tomorrow won't be back for a week. Will post more then.

Good to hear he's ok...I noticed his rear kicking out a little when he was coming out of turn 9. Wonder if it was something with his suspension or tires...or maybe he wasn't smooth on the throttle on exit because it wasn't the normal slide that happens...it was a quick slide then the bike would snap right back in line. Hopefully, this helps!

Just something I noticed...

From the video...looks like he was just too early on the throttle...he had a lot of lean angle from what it looked like.

Good to hear he's ok...the bike... I don't even want to see it

You know, I think my next time on the track I'm going to be a poosey. That would so be my next crash.

Nahh..just take your time...what happened to him could happen to anyone at any time. Don't be spooked by other people's crashes

my opinions. Either high in 2nd gear almost near redline, or maybe got on and off the throttle near redline.

He was having a problem with one of his throttle bodies. I'll let him explain, cause I get it all screwed up.

He was drinking Gatorade and Red Bull. Almost swallowed a Bee. Not a good sign. It was the last session and after I pit in, they say, "the track is open for all riders. All classes are in until 5pm. I next thing I hear "Yo, everyone is coming in but I don't see Amer". I was like "Nah man, say it ain't so." Now I see Amer's bike that Carnage worked on looking like pieces of a dream but mostly cosmetic. He's smiling that "I'm good G" look so I'm glad he's fine.
