arundel mills blvd. 5:30ish pm

raven r6 traveling w/ blue (kaw?) w/ polished frame.

bikes up; rider(s) down. gettin serviced by emt's.

bike damage looked minimal- hope rider damage is same.

no cars parked on shoulder.

know what happened?

I rolled through there like 7:30 and I didn't see anyone. All the street lights were out though and all the traffic lights were out too. Odd.
