Jennifer Toso, a passenger on a 1998 Kawasaki motorcycle driven by Lucius Morton of Mesa, was thrown from the bike when it hit a four-door Volkswagen at 11 a.m. Sunday at 104th Street and McDowell Mountain Ranch Road, according to Scottsdale police detective Sam Bailey.

Toso, who was not wearing a helmet, died at 11 a.m. Monday, Bailey said. Morton, 34, who was wearing a helmet, was not injured.

I was in Myrtle Beach this past weekend and if you are 21+ you don't have to wear a helmet. I saw a bunch of retards flying on the highway and on the strip with no helmet.... To me it just stupid to not wear one...

The ones that end up in the news as examples ALWAYS think that it'll never happen to them. Thats like sky diving without a parachute!

While I don't advocate it, don't preach. Everyone knows the risks.

Right up the 1 hole.
