my body was wrapped around the trashcan and my damn shoe was stuck under the fridge....damn dress shoes...the dang thing ripped lol wtf.....someone spilled some water in our kitchen...but I didn't drop my mac-n-cheese

Man I'm glad that you came out of things uninjured. Keep you chin up and check CL for replacement shoes. Take some time off but don't give up on walking.
