that sucks Jim, glad to hear you're fine and the bike is relatively unhurt...damn shame to hear Ron went down on that new bike too! He's ok too right?

Yeah Ron is OK. His damage was light and he only missed 1 or 2 sessions.

I'm sorry to hear about your crash, Jim, but I'm glad you are unhurt. And your post was a great reminder to learn from incidents that happen. Anyways, I have done quite a lot of fiberglass repairs on my "new" race bike and would be happy to help out with anything. Of course, if you want to get OEM quality, I'm NOT the one!!

Glad your ok Jim. My R6 is stripped and awaiting a battery tray, sub frame, frame slider, foot peg, and shifter - after my low side on turn 4 on Monday. I'll be up before my April trackday at Summit.

Good to see you are okay and in good spirits. Any crash you can walk away from, right? Your post on cornerspeed.net, specifically the "lesson learned" portion, was excellent! Even in a crash, you are an excellent instructor.
