well here is what i remember....I was coming out of work, it is a right hand turn onto the street. I went slow through the turn (cause i knew the tires were cold) and as i applied throttle to get going (still in the last part of turn) the back end began to bounce (not sure if it bounced but that is what it felt like) and then i was tossed off the left / front side of the bike about 3-4 feet, bike came up and then down hard on the left side. The bike and i slid about another 25-30 feet, coming to rest right next to a parked car (which just happened to belong to Gil). I saw fluids leaking heavy (first thuoght was GAS) i killed the ignition and tried to pick up the bike, ended up needing help...and that is all folks.

If anyone knows how to paint a frame and tank (as well as plastics) let me know...can't pay much but will do what i can. also i might need help checking the engine and stripping the bike down.

If I were you....

I'd pay a shop a "look at fee" to make sure the frame is ok aside from paint. If you've damaged it and continue riding it, it will probably continue to crack and could be a major issue resulting in serious injury or worse.

If you drink and ride, I have no pity for you. At all, ever.

ok here are the pics, had to use the camcorder because my camera batteries are dead...the one thing i didn't show is the left fairing and the upper fairing, both are cracked and scratched, including the windscreen where it slid before the bike landed on it's side.
