Motorcyclist Found Dead In Sterling - October 30, 2010, 07:25 PM

Investigators are looking for information that can help with their investigation of an apparent fatal motorcycle crash in Sterling.

Loudoun County deputies were called to East Church Road near Oak Tree Lane around 10:30 this morning after someone noticed a motorcycle in the tree line. The body of a man identified as Charles J. Meyers, 56, of Minnesota, was found nearby.

Investigators says it appears that Meyer was riding a 1993 Honda Shadow on East Church Road when he apparently left the roadway, the motorcycle hopped a curb and the he was thrown from the bike.

Anyone with information about the case is urged to contact Senior Deputy M. Cenate at 703-777-1021 703-777-1021 begin_of_the_skype_highlightin

Holy Cow!!! I go through that exact spot for work. That is a very easy turn so something must have happened to the poor guy.

RIP
