Rider down on Memorial Bridge, 8am - July 27, 2009, 07:52 AM

We were caging it to work on 66 towards DC and saw a rider down on Memorial Bridge. Incident was taking up 2 left lanes. Looked like cager and bike accident. Bike was a orange cbr, rider was sitting against jersey barrier with helmet off waiting on ambulance (heard that later). Shaved head and dark tshirt. Looks like he had gear on (saw his shoes) so I believe minimal rash. bike was 90 degrees to lane lines.

anyway, didn't know if anyone knew him, or if he was on the board.

Looks like he will be fine, so hope things are all good.
