Last year there was a cherry blossim ride and i was curious if anyone was going to organize one this year?

Montgomery co. ppl met at the rockville starbucks...which is a good meeting spot for me and my friends

In theory, it sounds like a nice idea. However, I hope you're not talking about going down into dc on a weekend during the cherry blossom festivus because it's a traffic nightmare. Last year I witnessed the biggest tool on this earth yelling and cursing from his harley because traffic wasn't moving. Einstein hadn't considered that everyone else on the Chesapeke watershed was also hitting the streets to see the blossoms. Except for on foot/by metro, don't go near the place if you have somewhere you want be by a certain time. Just my 2 cents worth.

Looks like peak blooms are this Thursday to the following Thursday, the 27th-3rd.

yeah, the weather guy said in a week the other day. Might be easier to see them on a bicycle than a motorcycle though. I'm down, lets roll.
