Are sport bikes welcome at this ride? And is anyone else planning on going?

This is a common question for bike rallies, the truth is, I don't think that I have ever seen a charity fundraiser that was advertised as exclusive to one type of bike or the other. If any Harley "rider" gives you grief over riding a sportbike, there's a good chance they:

-just bought their Harley this month
-are posers wearing the full line of Harley wear from head to toe hoping that someone will mistake them for a badass
-put less than 2000 miles on their bike in a year and park their bike at the first sign of rain.

If you want to go, GO. Real bikers don't care what you ride.

This has been another fine contribution from Captain Craptastic.

2014 Harley Street Glide
'08 Brass Balls Bobber
'04 KTM 625 SMC
'78 Honda CB750K (soon to be mated to sidecar)
'07 SSR 125
'99 BMW K1200RS (SOLD)
'95 Honda Z50R (donated to a buddy)
'89 CR500R (SOLD)
'83 Honda CB1100F (SOLD)
'82 Honda CB750F (SOLD)

Well said Corbett, funny/sad/true

To recap:
If you want to go, GO.
(applies to many things in the life of a real biker)
