DMV Nub Ride - April 6, 2006, 08:25 AM

Aight peoples. Pretty simple plan here. Myself and at least 3 others that I know of need to go get our "M" class and stop being squidly Nubs. This is not a ride to the MSF course. It's to a DMV to take the test and get it over with.

Lets get some suggestions on which one to goto to take the test. I'm going to suggest a centralized location in the middle to make it simple. Then work out a day and a time to make it happen.

Post up if you need to get your "M" class and you don't care if it's done at the DMV.

In Texas they'll ticket you for riding to the DMV to take the test, you have to trailer the bike or let someone with an M class ride it there. Don't know the laws here but wanted to give the heads up.

Us Yankees have different laws than the Republic of Texas.

I'm not sure what they'll do. I've heard of people riding to the DMV to take the test. If you have someone with a M Class, you'll be fine as well.

Depending on the date, I might be able to help out in that respect of things.

Yes I'm serious. Virginia DMV refused to transfer my Colorado "M" or my drivers license because Colorado DMV does not share information. In the eyes of our great commonwealth state you have no clue how to drive if you're from Colorado or Hawaii since they can't see your driving record.

I've had my drivers license forever now in VA (originaly got it here) but I've been too damn lazy to go take the time to take the test.
