HEADS UP! Danger on Snickersville Tpk - March 17, 2015, 01:32 PM

Just wanted to give a heads up. As the weather warms up...we head out. Snickersville TPK is a mess..stay off of it. Yesterday a friend of mine came accross a motorcyclist that had crashed due to the HUGE potholes...

Be careful out there!

Thanks for the heads up, was planning on heading that way sometime soon.

Hit a gigantic pothole on my way to work today. Luckily, I kept the bike up. And even more lucky the tire didn't pop. Fun little tank slapper as im merging on to 28...

Yea the roads got real beat up this winter. I've been noticing lots of bad potholes and busted roads. Definitely take it easy out there.

Agreed. The side roads out here have a lot of places where the asphalt looks like it was blown up and nothing but rubble remains. It's pretty ugly.

There's bold riders and old riders, but damn few bold old riders.

yeah im seeing this all over the area. It's been a bumpy ride lately in the truck with a stiff HD suspension. Some of those pot holes and gouges are balls deep.

I'll give someone $100 if they can snag me a road sign that says "snickersville turnpike"
