May 22nd, Southern Run - Moderate pace - May 17, 2016, 11:37 AM

I'm putting out a feeler for a southern run this Sunday. Depending on weather, of course. This will be a pretty long ride. The route is through Clifton, down to Joplin, up 610, across Somerville, in to Opal and eventually ending up at the Griffin. After that, we'll be taking the return route from the Griffin, the usual "Griffin Run" back to Fast Eddies for some Pool shootin' and a cold one! The first leg is about 105 miles and should take us about 2 or 2.5 hours. There are no stops until the Griffin, so please show up with a fresh tank. The second leg is about 1.5 hours. It has been a LOOOONG time since I've done this route, so the pace will be moderate with sprinkles of brisk.

Meeting time: 0930, stands up at 1000
Meeting place: Brooks Cycles
Pace: Mostly Moderate
Length: About 200 miles
Time of return: Appx 1600

Rules: 1.ATGATT - If you don't dress the part, you cannot play with us
2.Show up with a full tank. Stands up at 1000 means just that
3.Know your limits, there's no shame in hanging back
4.If a turn is made, we wait for the entire group. If you come to an intersection and you don't see anyone, then that means we went straight.
5.No revving your engine through small towns. Seriously, it's annoying and it makes a bad name for us.

LET'S DO THIS!

I'd probably be down for this. Depending on the current status of my WR; any updates? (this is Bryan BTW)
