Oct 11 Poker Run Charity Ride from WJFK 106.7 - October 5, 2008, 08:51 PM

About Mike O'Meara's Poker Run for the House
The Mike O'Meara Show invites you to be part of the Mike O'Meara Show Poker Run for the House Saturday October 11th. Proceeds will benefit Fisher House.

The Mike O'Meara Show Poker Run for the House will be one route with 5 Pit Stops (including beginning and end). Participation is restricted to motorcycles only.

Riders will start at Whitt’s Harley Davidson in Manassas and will pick up a playing card at each of 5 total Pit Stops (including Whitt’s). At the end of the route, TMOS will be hosting a party at Fuddruckers of Ashburn where prizes will be awarded based on the strength of Poker Hands accrued. Grand prize will receive a trip for (2) to The Borgata Hotel, Casino, and Spa including two (2) tickets to see Robin Williams perform live at the Events Center, and $500 spending cash!

We'll kick off event check-in and final registration at 8am. We'll send riders out in waves starting at 9am, with the more experienced riders leading the pack. All riders will have started the route by 10am. You have until 3pm to be at Fuddruckers of Ashburn with your completed game card, which is when we'll be kicking off the final party!

Registration
You can pre-register for the event now through 10/10 (3pm) by using the form to the right. Suggested donation is $30 for the initial hand and $5 for each additional hand. No payment will be collected until the day of the event.

About Fisher House
The Fisher House supports America's military in their time of need, by providing "a home away from home" that enables family members to be close to a loved one at the most stressful time -- during hospitalization for an illness, disease or injury. Learn more about Fisher House here.

I really was only teasing. What time's breakfast?
