Support Our Wounded Veterans!

Last year, over 150 motorcyclists joined us in a ride to demonstrate our support for the members of the Armed Forces who have valiantly served our Country, and been wounded. The day started with a brisk ride to Freedom Park in Sykesville, for preparation, registration, music, and fine food served by the American Legion. We then traveled, with full motorcycle police escort, to the National Naval Medical Center (Bethesda Naval Hospital) in Bethesda, Maryland. We were able to raise over $14,000.00 during this event!
Several of the wounded troops came to the lobby so we could personally thank them and their families. It was truly a touching moment, and there were many misty eyes in the crowd. Many of our fellow Blue Knights, and other riders are Vietnam Vets, or grew up during that era, and it was clear to all that this poignant meeting brought back some memories.

It's Time to Do It Again!

This is this Sunday.
Go online, print/fill out the waiver, either Paypal $25 or bring a check with you (along with the waiver).
The meeting spot is about an hour north/northwest of here....
If you guys are serious, maybe we should meet somewhere close to the beltway or 66??
