Ride and BBQ for all interested Saturday 7/1 Leesburg Sheetz 11am - June 26, 2006, 05:23 AM

Hey yall,
Ride Saturday 7/1, leaving around 11am from Leesburg Sheetz off of 15. Will ride for three hours out to West Va. Ride will end at a pool with BBQ. Post up if you are coming so I know how much food to buy. Post up if there is something special you like to drink otherwise Corona’s and Gatorade on me depending on level of interest.

pool? BBQ? hmmm.... thanks for the invite! Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to make it, but it sounds like lots of fun!

Sounds like a good time man, but I might not be able to make it due to some other obligations. So count me as a maybe.

I am assuming you are talking about your house with the pool and all? Will be interesting on your crucial driveway!!! haha.

I'll hit up John and see if hes interested as well.

Route is currently being planned. I thought we would head up 15 cut over to 9 to Chestnut Hill cut over to 340. Make our way over to 55. Make our way over to 50 and cut through to 7, and back to Leesburg. Should be about 150-200miles. I will post the revised route when I have it.

I may be in on this, might have a companion on the ride so this would be sweet.

OVER? did you say "Over"? Nothing is over until we decide its over, was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell No!!!

Pace will be what ever we are all comfortable with, and will be decided before departure. Those of us who may want to go faster should just slow down on the straight aways after the twisties.

Accuweather and weather.com say it'll rain today then be clear-ish until Tuesday next week.

Keep your fingers crossed.

Anyone from the board is welcome to the ride or the BBQ. BBQ will be in the town of Waterford Va. Send me a PM and we can exchange numbers to discuss directions.
