Ride Sunday 4/10/11 - April 7, 2011, 11:36 AM

Is anyone else planning on riding? The weather is supposed to be gorgeous, sunny and low 80s. I'm in Silver Spring, MD, but I don't mind meeting up closer to more forum members for a nice ride. I'm new to the forums so I'd need help suggesting a good central meeting place for everyone, since it seems most people are in VA.

Perfect day. But for that same reason I wanna go out hiking with the fam instead. Soon it'll start getting hot and uncomfortable. Out!

lol kk. Where do you all go hiking? When it gets a little hotter I love going to Cabin John (MD side of great falls) and climbing all over the rocks.

We just moved here so haven't gone hiking before. Definitely expecting to enjoy every second if it. I found a web site with a list of trails all over. Hoping to find one that's moderate since we're taking the 6yr old and the dog with us. Maybe I'll start a thread in case other people want to join.

Go check out Whiteoak Canyon. Its a nice hike for you and your familly. You can go as far as youi want, or turn around when you want. Its a nice creek that comes out of the mountains with a series of nice waterfalls.

Oh, and sunday... I will be on two.

If a good enough route is set up in MD, I may stay local....but it will have to be very good route.
