Smile Ride from Winchest VA Sunday Aug. 12 - August 11, 2007, 07:23 PM

Meeting at Sheetz on Pleasent Valley Ave. at 9:00 to take a ride from Winchester to Sindica Rocks and back down rt33 to Harrisonburg. This will be a moderate ride and NOBODY gets left behind. We will plan to leave sheetz at 9:30.

Sorry man, we already have a pretty good amount of bikes that know about our ride already and it has been planned for a while. Thanks for the invite, but you guys are more than welcome to meet up if you are feeling up to it.

Well I really didn't want to ever experience anything like we had to today. We were unfortunate to have lost a fellow rider during our ride. I don't really know what to say but I just know that we are all taking a risk every time we get on the bike so I just would like to say ride at your pace, don't let someone else change how you ride, some people are more experienced than others so know your limit. No matter what this is a tragedy and I would do anyting to change what had happened. I didn't really know the guy but I think his name was Morgan, but I would like to say God bless his family and friends as we keep everyone in our prayers.

yeah today was pretty messed up. there were two seperate accidents, one less fortunate then the other. i had just met the guy this morning said he was working on his bike yesterday get realy for todays ride. i felt bad cause no one knew who to call. i cant imagine his family getting the notice of the accident. i was a long ride home.... was he on this website? what was his username? maybe we could do something in his memory or something? just a thought....
