Saturday Ride - WARP Edition - May 20, 2006, 09:26 PM

Father-in-law and his buddy came down from NJ to ride while the wife was away on a cruise.

Father-in-law is on a Honda Blackhawk 96ish something, V-twin. Things got balls. Buddy is on a black R6 is tricked out with custom color change vinyl and strobes and led lights. Pretty slick.

We head out to 33 over to WVA. They hit it the day before while I was at work. It was a beautiful morning, so when we hit the top we turned around and did it again. I'm definetly not up to par as I used to be. Dad was leaving my ass behind, when last year I was walking him in the turns. He's ex-motocross racer, so I knew I wouldn't best him forever.

Frank has only been riding for 3 months and he was doing quite well on that tricky mountain. Never got himself into trouble the whole day.

33, 220, 250, 28, 33 and made about 4 trips up and down the VA side to top off a really great day. Beautiful roads, beautiful weather, great food.

Now I have to move a ton of furniture tomorrow and get into my new house. I hope my sore ass back holds up.

Nice ride report!

Testing, Testing......hmm. My phone seems to be working, but I don't seem to remember getting a call inviting me on this ride
