Second Annual Oil Spill 4/4/15 - March 8, 2015, 03:12 PM

Last year a few folks to help showed up but no takers.... So this year I'll repeat the offer but I'm flexible on the venue.

The overriding comment was that I was too far away . ..... So..... I'll bring tools, canopy, stands and supplies if someone with garage space in the DC area wants to host.

What exactly are you willing to work on here? Just oil changes?

I got a GSXR front and rear swap that I need to do on my SV...

This is an opportunity for folks who haven't worked on their own bike before to learn to do BASIC service. Oil change, battery service, chain adjustment, fluid top off and tailoring controls. Basic tool usage. Prolly suspension swaps are out of that realm.

Bring oil and filter for your bike.... I'll supply tools, brake fluid, cleaners chain lube, etc.

This is a time for folks to de-mothball their bikes.

DO IT. Columbia is toooooo far; especially since I have basically have zero pressure in my front brake currently. Need dat brake bleed. Did like 60ish miles on it with it like that. Not smart, but YOLO.
